Mega-Playboy is Junta's Alter ego who would eventually make 100 women pregnant. The descendants who would all be men, who in turn would turn into mega-playboys and history would repeat causing mass over population in the future.

Mega-Playboy also has some interesting powers. the first is his power over women with a single glance he can make a female fall head over heels for him. There is only one person can resist this charm and its Junta's child hood friend Ami. The second power is unique to anime: In the anime he has Super-human speed and strength making him impossible to beat in a fight In the manga his Second power is unique as well: The DCM he was injected with gave him Insane strength but also gave him several powers of a high ranking Psychic soldier

Telekinesis: Commonly called this but can be charged into a extremely powerful attack called Megaplay Cannon, it is also used to augment his attacks which will result in the attack having "Mega Play" then the type of attack

Next is an ability that he rarely uses in combat for how much telepathic power it uses Teleportation. However by using enough he was able to copy Ryuuji Sugashita's Sonic boom based attack by dropping its speed from light speed to sound speed

And lastly he is given the ability to channel his power through Junta lending him some of it in weaker form. (required extensive training from karin)

He is also in both anime and manga given an insane speed allowing him to move in need be at speeds far beyond humans

Mega-playboy is one of the villains, per se, due to what he will do in the future. But he is also a hero several times, usually in fights or when junta's personalty is still dominant.

Another thing about mega playboy is in two episode's he has made Junta's hair turn completely Bright red
